February 2021:
Dry Cider
Our lightest cider is an easy choice for everyday celebrations. No sugar, 100% apples.
Tasting notes: Green apple, citrus, cut grass, sunshine :)
Pairing: Roasted chicken, grilled vegetables, seafood
Dry Cider Spritz
2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce fino sherry
½ ounce Cointreau
3 dashes Peychaud bitters
4 ounces Berkshire Dry Cider
Bittersweet
Inspired by our favorite British draught ciders. Rich aromas of ripe apples and orchard walks.
Tasting notes: Baked apples, orange peel and winter spice
Pairing: Grilled Pork, soft cheese, french fries
Sour Quince
Quince, related to apples and pears, is a tough fruit with a strong personality. Bright yellow, aromatic, floral and savory. We foraged this quince and blended with a cider that underwent natural malolactic fermentation. Limited release.
Tasting notes: Guava, orange and chamomile
Pairing: Oysters, charcuterie
